AUSTRALIAN BABES - According to AXN

I got this from the AXN website and they refer to Jess & Lani as "Australian Babes"...well they really are anyway...

Host Allan Wu introduces the 10 teams and lays out some details. There will be a total of 11 legs, of which 7of them are elimination points. The last team to arrive at these 7 pit stops will be eliminated. Teams must now drive themselves to the Batu Caves in Kuala Lumpur, and as teams rush to their cars, Malaysian homeboys Ethan and Khairie are the ones who cannot find their vehicle, as the other teams start zipping away. Manas and Sahil travel in the opposite direction and stop on the highway to get directions. As the other teams scramble, it is Ethan and Khairie who arrive first, facing the first Roadblock - Who can you count on to deliver? One team member must collect an offering and climb up to the top to the temple. If they do not guess the magic number of 272, which is the number of steps it takes to get up there, they will have to redo the task. Bad luck greets Yani and Nadine, as their car stalls due to their engine overheating. Meanwhile, Ethan and Khairie get the number of steps right on the first try and receive the next clue. Teams must now drive themselves from Batu Caves to a special unnamed location – the only clue is that it was the destination in the American version of The Amazing Race. After a quick search online, teams identify the location as the Penang Peranakan Mansion in Penang, which is a four hour drive away. Once there, teams must identify “Baldwin” and sing to get their next clue. Meanwhile, other teams continue to lose count on the number of steps. Hilda gets frustrated and at one point, mouths out a series of numbers, hoping that one of them would be correct. When she finally gets the right answer, Hilda breaks down in tears and can barely walk back down and Ivan has to carry her to the car. Manas and Sahil are following Ethan and Khairie but lose them along the way, which is unfortunate since the Malaysians are the first to the mansion. They finally find the “Baldwin”, which is a piano and spot sheet music on it. Singing the lyrics to the tune of Amazing Grace, teams must now drive to Futsal Field and play Goalkeeper. For every ball that teams fail to block, they incur a 2 minute penalty. Richard and Richard arrive and find the Baldwin, only to have Manas and Sahil hear them singing and discovering the clue as well.
At the stadium, Ethan and Khairie miss three balls and incur a 6 minute penalty. Back at the mansion, more teams arrive but have a tough time locating the piano.
Ethan and Khairie complete their penalty and receive the next clue, which guides them to Swettenham Pier. Clearly in the lead, Ethan and Khairie arrive at the pier and face a Detour.
In Flags, teams must collect five flags on board a cruise liner, using clues given in ship lingo. In Rags, teams head to Deck 10. One teammate is lowered to deck 5 to clean a window, while the other must head down to Deck 5 and snap a picture through the other side of the window.
All teams choose to do Rag.
As teams struggle at the stadium and face time penalties, Ethan and Khairie complete their detour and receive their final clue. They have to head up to Deck 12 on the Star Pisces cruise liner they are on, which makes this the first pit stop in The Amazing Race that is on board a cruise ship.
They both win a Sony Bravia TV and PlayStation 3 console each.
The Richards complete the task and are the second team to get to the cruise ship.
While the other teams drive to the pier, Hussein and Natasha board a ferry to get to the pier.
Team Hong Kong is the fifth team to the pit stop.

Hilda and Ivan are team number 6.
Hussein and Natasha finally get to the pier, as teams are already making their way to the pit stop.
Sahil and Manis are team number 7.
The Australian babes are team 8. This leaves two remaining teams left to snap the picture and despite being the last to arrive on the ship, Natasha snaps the photo and she makes it to the pit stop with her father, seconds ahead of Yani and Nadine.
This places Yani and Nadine at the last spot, but Allan Wu informs them that they are at a non elimination round, so they are still in the race.

The bad news is that if they do not come in first in the next leg, they will face a 30 minute time penalty.

this just proves that they look more like australians than filipinos. well, jess is australian while lani is half-australian so we can't really blame axn for saying they are australian babes. they're just saying what is obvious.
